The open enrollment season begins on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 and ends on Friday, February 16, 2024. Once the open enrollment deadline has passed, you may submit an application to be placed on our waitlist. Our Movement campuses continue to backfill all seats until meeting enrollment.

This year, the lottery will run on February 19, 2024 and February 20, 2024.

All K-5 families will be notified of the lottery results beginning Tuesday, February 19, 2024.

All families submitting a lottery application will receive electronic communication (email or text message, depending on selected preference on application) stating whether or not their child was offered by the lottery or if they are on the waitlist.

Multiple applications to the same Movement campus WILL NOT increase your chances of receiving a seat at Movement. Duplicates applications will be flagged and removed from the enrollment platform system. 

Movement is a free, open enrollment public school. We do not charge tuition to attend.

If a scholar lives more than 5 miles away from their primary campus, they are eligible to register for the school bus. However, families will need to wait to hear from Eagle Bus (our contracted transportation provider) to confirm if space is available. For more information, please visit our Parent Resources page.

Applicants can apply for up to 2 Movement campuses. If an applicant lives within a Movement campus zone, an applicant must apply to that campus as part of the 2 Movement campuses. 

No existing Movement scholars do not need to complete another application for enrollment. Returning students will be asked to complete Intent to Return beginning in early 2024 to confirm their seats for the 24-25 school year. If you are looking to move to another Movement campus, you may request a transfer. Additional information on transfers will be communicated in early 2024.
